LOFT ACCESS SOLUTIONS - LOFT BOARDING PRESTON

My daughters new house needed loft access, flooring and storage. At our request Phil came round and gave us a quote. He was very reasonable. He made some suggestions about storage solutions, which were very welcome. He also explained the system that he was putting in to support the floor. He installed a new access point with ladder, a light, floor and shelves. While he was up there he noticed that the bathroom extractor fan wasn't connected, he very kindly sorted that out for us too. As he was already working in the house we asked him to shelve out the airing cupboard and understairs area. I highly recommend Phil. His workmanship is excellent, prices very competitive, very tidy and generally an all round decent bloke.
